The plugin can also be used for antialiasing.
Here I blurred a circle about 5 pixels, and then applied the filter.
Then after this is how the circle appeared afterward, almost exactly as before the blur.
This approach works for a lot of selections, but there is a cut off point.
One way to deal with images that have small details, and have the "ziggy's", is to scale up the image.
Here is a before.
Then here is with the plugin applied with the scale set to 4.
And finally this is with the plugin applied with no scaling.
